About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr Analyst to support the Sales & Finance organization by providing accurate financial analysis and reporting insights across ACV, ARR, bookings, renewals, and subscription metrics. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations to enable data-driven decision-making and ensure integrity across deal structuring and reporting.

Location: Pune (WFO)
Shift time: 9.30 PM – 6.30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Quote & Deal Validation: Validate quotes, support deal structuring, and review

• quotes prior to closure to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Financial Analysis: Analyse ACV, ARR, TCV, bookings, renewals, and revenue trends to deliver actionable insights.

• Case queue support: Support the live queue for Sales queries related to deal

• structuring and cases, providing timely resolution and guidance.

• Pricing & Profitability: Support price analysis and evaluate deal profitability to guide commercial decisions.

• Data Reconciliation: Reconcile data across Salesforce and other Finance systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, sales finance, revenue operations, or a related function (SaaS/subscription business preferred).

• Strong understanding of subscription metrics (ACV, ARR, TCV, bookings, renewals).

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce, Snowflake (or similar data

• warehouse), and BI/reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with deal desk processes and quote-to-cash workflows.

• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus:

• SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis.

• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting.
