  • Analyze performance trends, investigate and identify underlying drivers, and translate insights into clear client-facing explanations, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps

  • Lead internal meetings to coordinate client projects and initiatives, translate client requests into clear requirements, align stakeholders on objectives and timelines, resolve competing priorities, and proactively drive execution.

  • Maintain strong proficiency in internal systems and processes to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolution with internal teams, and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Collaborate with Business Development and executive sponsors to align on client priorities, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives, providing informed recommendations and account-level insights as needed.

  • Actively manage and track all tasks and projects, ensuring accurate documentation of objectives, deliverables, timelines, and progress while providing clear direction, anticipating obstacles, and driving timely execution.
