Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to work any shift.
- Detail oriented with excellent mechanical skills.
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with initiative.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and trouble-shoot complex machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of daily production planning with Customer Service coordination.
- Perform equipment startups, quality adjustments, and repairs as needed.
- Coordinate efforts with production crew.
- Help maintain and improve a safe work environment, good housekeeping and 5-S standards.
- Ensure product meets quality standards.
- Maintain and improve equipment uptime through PM’s and bottleneck analysis.
- Participate in root cause analysis efforts.
- Engagement in all production and safety metrics for assigned manufacturing line/process.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $28.03annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $18.00 to $22.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
