Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential clients via CRM, social media, and referrals; issue product samples per approval protocols.

Conduct high-volume outreach and product presentations; manage inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.

Build strong relationships with customers and distributors; provide timely follow-ups on offers and services.

Achieve sales targets; track key metrics and prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and support handovers with external sales reps.

Handle quotations, SAP order entries, CRM updates, and general office administration.

Support company events and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or a relevant qualification, with at least five years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.

Strong understanding of commercial tasks such as price quotations, negotiations, and distributor relationship management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Familiarity with channel sales strategies, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Experience with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to support sales activities.

Knowledge of sustainability principles and ability to position eco-friendly solutions effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, adaptability, creativity, and data literacy.
