About the Role
Provide high-quality investment service support to the investment front office, including but not limited to daily investment booking, regulatory reporting, etc.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor regulatory developments, track industry trends, implement updates to regulatory guidelines, and ensure timely, accurate investment booking
- Drive systematic and automated improvements for investment booking processes to enhance efficiency and results’ quality
- Perform enhancements and optimizations of investment booking systems, coordinating upgrade projects related to accounting standard updates, new product launches, etc.
- Interpret new accounting standards and regulatory requirements, propose system solutions, and oversee implementation
- Ensure timely, accurate production of daily valuation results
- Prepare regulatory reports in accordance with regulatory requirements accurately and timely
- Keep improving reports quality and automation through process and system improvements
- Regularly update relevant systems in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or related fields
- 2 years or more of accounting/financial reporting experience in financial institutions, with insurance asset management background or Big Four working experience preferred
- Solid accounting foundation, familiar with China Accounting Standards (CAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Meticulous, rigorous, and responsible, able to work under certain pressure
- Basic English reading and writing skills, capable of reading system documentation or regulatory documents
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Proficient in office software such as Excel, with experience using valuation systems (e.g., YSS) preferred
