We are currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Apex, Cary, Raleigh and surrounding areas
What You'll Do
✔ Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
✔ Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
✔ Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
✔ Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
✔ Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
Pay & Schedule
- $16 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Flexible part-time schedules
- Multiple part-time shifts available
- Work close to home, we'll match you with clients in areas you are willing to commute to

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
- Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/ Teaching Assistant highly preferred but not required
