Where You’ll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in London, Raleigh, or New Jersey with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why this Role Matters

As a Solutions Consultant for Foundation, you’ll be the driving force behind how law firms adopt and get lasting value from the platforms that power their client relationships, business development, and firm data. Working within Customer Success, you’ll own product adoption across Litera’s customer base — from scalable, one-to-many programs to hands-on partnership with strategic accounts — demonstrating, training, advising, and measuring so customers can prove the ROI they’re getting and choose to stay and grow with us. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, build champions inside firms, and influence how firms use data and intelligence will directly drive retention and expansion. What You’ll Deliver

•  Drive product adoption across a tiered customer model — from scalable digital programs to hands-on strategic account partnerships — ensuring every customer gets the engagement that fits their needs.

•  Deliver tailored demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training (Product 101s, refresher training, onboarding calls) that connect product capabilities to each firm’s goals and get users productive quickly.

•  Partner with Customer Success Managers on high-touch accounts to plan adoption strategy, run health checks benchmarked against peers, and support renewal and expansion conversations.

•  Lead the product-value portion of Quarterly Business Reviews and roadmap sessions — acting as a trusted advisor on each firm’s tech stack and AI strategy.

•  Develop account-specific success plans and use cases that tie every engagement to measurable adoption and ROI, and build champions and advocates within firms to drive engagement and referrals.

•  Gather feedback directly from users and share insights with Product teams to shape future direction — influencing how firms use data and intelligence to win and grow client relationships.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

•  2+ years of experience in solutions consulting, customer success, product adoption, or a similar client-facing advisory role.

•  Experience delivering training and presentations to audiences ranging from end users to senior leadership.

•  Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into value-based discussions.

•  Highly adaptable and inquisitive, with a curiosity to understand workflows you haven’t seen before.

•  Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts and tiers.

•  Technically competent with an interest and passion for ongoing learning.

Nice to Haves:

•  Prior experience working with Knowledge Management, Marketing, or Business Development teams at law firms.

•  Background in legal technology, professional services, or enterprise SaaS environments.

•  Experience running health checks, QBRs, or adoption-focused business reviews for customers.

•  Ability to teach and tell a story in a concise, compelling way that resonates with both end users and firm leadership.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, and Washington Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to earn commission based on performance.
