Role Purpose

The CCH Integrator Services Consultant plays a dual role in shaping client solutions during the presales phase and delivering successful implementations post-sale. This position ideally requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of CCH Integrator and its modules, combined with strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills. The role is pivotal in driving value for tax and finance teams through technology adoption and process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Presales

• Lead tax-functional discovery sessions across CCH Integrator modules
• Design high-level solution architecture, including environments, data ingestion, and integration touchpoints.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, RFX responses and services proposals
• Position CCH Integrator competitively against manual processes and incumbent solutions; handle objections effectively.
• Support proposals with solution overviews, scope assumptions, and non-functional inputs.
• Maintain governance through opportunity cadence and presales-to-delivery handover criteria.

Services Delivery

• Develop implementation plans, milestones, and align with PMO governance.
• Configure CCH Integrator modules, entity structures, and roles/permissions.
• Deliver end-user and administrator enablement sessions.
• Provide go-live support, including cutover assistance and hypercare defect resolution.
• Provide post go-live customer support as required, including responding to enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating timely resolution or escalation with relevant teams. This includes assisting the support team during peak support periods.
• Support change management initiatives to successfully adopt CCH technology solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

Technical

• Familiarity with CCH Integrator modules (Corporate Tax, CbCR, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax, BEPS P2).
• Strong understanding of tax data models, entity structures, and group hierarchies.
• Familiarity with environment strategies (production/non-production) and multi-jurisdiction setups.
• Ability to address performance and scalability considerations for large groups and high-volume data.
• Experience with reporting and analytics (dashboards, audit packs, export formats).
• Understanding of implementation patterns and deployment prerequisites.
• Project delivery experience (Agile or Hybrid methodologies).

Soft Skills

• Ability to lead discovery and stakeholder mapping across Tax and Finance.
• Strong value engineering capabilities (TCO/ROI modeling, cycle-time impact).
• Skilled in demo design and storytelling.
• Effective objection handling and competitive positioning.
• Clear and confident communication with executive stakeholders (CFO, Head of Tax).
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment across Tax, Finance, IT, and Audit.
• Change management and adoption planning experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• Familiarity with ERP/GL systems and data integration concepts.
• Certifications in change management and/or tax technology, a plus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
