Assured builds the software carriers use to modernize claims processing, from digital FNOL intake to fraud detection to adjuster tooling. Our Solutions team owns the technical relationship with named carrier accounts. We run discovery, map data between Assured and the carrier's systems, monitor production data for issues, and make sure the carrier gets full value out of what we build.

We're looking for a Solutions Consultant to join the team. This is a hands on, execution focused role. You'll take on the recurring technical work that keeps our carrier accounts healthy, including defect tickets, documentation, QA, and account monitoring, while partnering closely with a Client Engagement Manager on the carrier accounts you support.

What You'll Do

• Run discovery and solution design for deployments and integration strategy, partnering with a Client Engagement Manager along the way.

• Embed during critical phases, including initial deployment, major expansions, and FDT opportunities.

• Own the technical narrative across your carrier accounts.

• Write defect tickets that engineering can act on directly, with clear repro steps, sample payloads, and a description of expected versus observed behavior.

• Review API payloads for mistranslations and data loss, and run smoke tests to confirm changes meet the carrier's requirements before they ship.

• Maintain versioned workflow documentation and field level mapping specs as processes and integrations evolve.

• Help monitor account health, including some SQL work against production data to track capture rates and flag anomalies before the carrier does.

• Handle internal incident management across your carriers, raising critical information and knowledge up to the Client Engagement team.

• Take on more ownership as you ramp up, picking up a growing slice of the technical relationship for one or more carrier accounts directly.

What You'll Bring

• 🔢 Comfort with SQL, JSON, and APIs. You can read a payload, write a query, and reason through a relational data model.

• 🔍 Sharp attention to detail. You notice the small discrepancy in a payload or a data table that others miss.

• ✍️ Clear written communication. You can write a defect ticket or a doc update that a teammate can act on without follow up questions.

• 💼 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client facing role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting, ideally at a SaaS company.

• 🤖 Some exposure to AI or machine learning powered products, and comfort learning how AI features work well enough to explain them to a carrier.

• 🚀 A proactive, low ego builder's mindset, with real motivation to grow and take on more.

• 📋 P&C insurance or insurtech exposure is a plus but not required.
