What You’ll Be Part Of
As an Engineering Operations Intern, you will help transform business operations through intelligent automation using AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build practical AI-powered agents that improve productivity and decision-making. This internship is a strong fit for highly motivated engineering students or recent graduates who enjoy combining technology, business process understanding, and hands-on experimentation to deliver real-world impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Understand business processes and identify opportunities where AI-powered automation can improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that support business workflows and help teams reduce manual effort.
- Develop LLM-powered solutions using modern Agentic AI platforms, frameworks, and automation concepts.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and business systems to support practical operational use cases.
- Prototype, test, and continuously improve AI-driven automations based on stakeholder feedback and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into simple, scalable, and useful AI-enabled solutions.
What Makes You A Strong Fit
- Pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI automation concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms or frameworks such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n, or similar tools.
- Programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs for connecting services and building working prototypes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into AI-driven solutions that create practical value.
- We see AI as an important part of how work gets done. While tools may vary, a strong baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency, problem-solving, and quality is expected.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience building multi-agent systems or workflow automations that connect multiple tools or process steps.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise productivity tools.
- Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Personal AI projects, hackathons, GitHub contributions, or open-source work that demonstrate hands-on curiosity and practical delivery.

- This internship is based in Bengaluru, India at the Kalyani Platina Office.
- The role follows a hybrid working model with a minimum office presence of three days per week.
- Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech, preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- The internship is intended for a highly motivated intern in Engineering Operations who are passionate about AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
