AI Agentic Software Engineer

What Makes This Role Great: As a Product Builder, you will operate as a full-stack engineer owning the technical development, quality, and performance of engineering work using cutting-edge agentic AI tools. Product Builders may specialize as SDETs, Engineers, DevOps, or Architecture professionals, playing a critical role in bringing strategic visions to life through secure and optimal architectures.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Agent Orchestration: Orchestrate AI development agents for coding, documentation, and refactoring via secure, maintainable pipelines and approved platforms. Supervise agent outputs, enforce code quality standards, maintain version control, and manage prompt libraries and evaluation datasets for agent workflows.
• Architecture: Design optimal architectures for scaling and performance to be implemented by agents that are modular and cost-aware. Conduct high-level technical feasibility and security scans early in the PDLC and ensure adherence to Platform standards (e.g., TID, EMS, Modus, File Service). Participate in prototype design reviews to translate product requirements into execution plans and document architectural decisions with lightweight ADRs.
• Feature Delivery and Testing: Build frontend features (e.g., UI, accessibility) and backend services (e.g., APIs, authentication, infrastructure). Define testing standards and frameworks, writing unit, integration, and E2E tests with explicit coverage targets and automated, continuous testing.
• Business Outcomes: Adhere to applicable KPIs, ensuring your work is directly tied to business outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Ability to use and manage AI coding agents, recognizing their strengths, limitations, and error tendencies.
• Proficiency in prompt design, agentic programming, oversight, and assessment of AI-generated code.
• Practices ethical AI principles including privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.
• System architecture design skills and experience in modern full-stack development, including frontend frameworks, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing End-to-End (E2E) tests.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership for relevant outcomes.
• Familiarity with project-based business logic, job costing, budget forecasting, and resource management in complex ERP systems.

Product Builder Software Engineer 

• Full-Stack Development Expertise: Proficient in modern full-stack development, spanning frontend UI/accessibility features, backend microservices/APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
• AI Coding Agent Supervision & "Vibe Coding": Hands-on experience using and directing AI coding agents for code generation, refactoring, and documentation while actively evaluating outputs for errors, limitations, and prompt optimization.
• Automated & Continuous Quality Assurance: Capable of defining testing frameworks and writing automated unit, integration, and End-to-End (E2E) tests with explicit coverage targets to ensure continuous quality.
• Feature Delivery & Execution Planning: Skilled at translating product requirements and prototype designs into concrete execution plans to ship end-to-end features efficiently.
• Ethical AI Practice: Committed to practicing ethical AI principles—including data privacy, transparency, explainability, and bias mitigation—throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Outcome-Driven Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrates strong ownership over code performance and quality, ensuring feature development directly aligns with established KPIs and business outcomes.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
