What does a successful Software Architecture - Advisor I do at Fiserv?
A successful Software Architecture - Advisor I develops and implements software architecture strategies that support business objectives. This role ensures software systems are robust, scalable, and secure while partnering with cross-functional teams to design and deploy architecture solutions. Success in this role also means helping the organization respond to evolving financial services needs with practical, well-integrated technology decisions.

What you will do?

• Develop and implement software architecture strategies and frameworks that support business goals.
• Collaborate with business units to align software architecture with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on software solutions and integration across multiple platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, and create and maintain architectural models, blueprints, and documentation.
• Mentor junior team members in software architecture best practices and support evolving team needs as responsibilities change.

What you must have?

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in technology integration.
• 3+ years of experience in software solution design.
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating software solutions using Java, C#, or Python.

What would be nice to have?

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, plus financial services industry experience.
