Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a team manager within a well established Stroud based Charity in Stroud.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Service: Early Help Service
- Focus: Delivering early intervention support rather than long-term social work
- Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract
- Extension: Contract may be extended
- Management Responsibility: Managing 3 remote Social Workers
- Management Responsibility: Managing 3 Support Workers
- Total Staff Managed: 6 staff members (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers)
- Working Pattern: Required to be on-site 4 days per week
- Nature of Role: Team Manager position within an Early Help/Early Intervention service
- Location: Stroud-based charity
- Working Style: Combination of on-site management and supervision of remote staff members
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
