You’ll be the superhero who helps digital creators, video partners, and channel owners build their channels, solve tech hiccups, and get monetized—all while enjoying after-work iced coffees on the Greek coast!

Your Daily Highlights (100% Non-Voice!):

• Help Content Creators Shine: Support online video creators via Email and Live Chat with account settings, feature rollouts, and technical questions.
• Crack the Code: Solve inquiries about monetization, channel performance (views & subscribers!), account recovery, and content appeals.
• Master the Flow: Handle 20–25 creator requests per day, leveling up from email to handling 2 chats at a time as you gain confidence.
• Vibe with the Team: Join regular team check-ins, learn new process tips, and celebrate team wins together.

Requirements

• Language Power: Fluent/Native level in Icelandic (C1/C2) and great working English (C1) for team training and internal tools.
• Tech-Savvy Vibe: Decent typing speed (25wpm with high accuracy), comfort navigating web tools, and an interest in social media/online video ecosystems.
• Communication Skills: Strong written flair—you can turn technical troubleshooting into clear, friendly answers.
• Ready for Adventure: Relocating to Athens, Greece and working on-site at a vibrant modern office space.
• Eligibility: Must hold an EU passport or full rights to work in Greece.
