Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Video Specialist to focus on optimizing video content for social and digital marketing performance. This role blends creative execution with data-driven iteration, ensuring video assets support engagement, growth, and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit video content optimized for social media and digital campaigns

• Tailor video messaging, hooks, captions, and pacing to platform-specific best practices

• Support marketing campaigns with video assets across paid and organic channels

• Analyze video performance and recommend improvements based on data

• Maintain consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand standards

• Collaborate with Marketing teams to align content with funnel objectives
  

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and optimizing video content for social media and digital marketing

• Strong understanding of video performance metrics and optimization techniques

• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered

• Ability to balance creative execution with performance goals

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting paid social or performance marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with A/B testing video formats and messaging

• Experience working in fast-paced, content-heavy environments

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut

• Analytics: Native platform analytics, Google Analytics

• Social & Campaign Tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools
