JOB PURPOSE:

To assist the Administrative Coordinator for the Sociology and Anthropology departments with administrative tasks and tutoring

PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General office duties include sorting department mail, scanning, photocopying, running errands, and social media. Specific tasks include:

• Assisting with the organization of office materials and sorting of department mail

• Data entry, printing, copying, sorting, and filing 

• Assisting with advertising for departmental events

• Hosting tutoring and office hours

RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS DIVERSITY:

• Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.

SCHEDULE:

• 5-6 hrs/week 

• Schedule TBD by supervisor & student (weekdays during business hours)

RATE OF PAY:

• $16.80 per hour

Eligibility to Work
