In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Slovak-speaking travelers, providing outstanding customer support and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their travels.

As a Travel Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their bookings, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your passion for travel and fluency in Slovak will be instrumental in delivering personalized service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in the booking process and offer solutions to their travel-related questions
• Effectively resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our systems
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience
• Inform clients about travel options and services offered by Booking.com
• Gather customer feedback to drive service improvements

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or travel support is advantageous
