Credence has an immediate opening for a Site Reliability SME who has hands-on experience working as a Cloud Operations Engineer with experience in IT operations to join our expanding Cloud Managed Services Provider team. This position is based in Credence’s corporate headquarters located in Tyson’s Corner in Vienna, VA.
Requirements
- Must be able to provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Windows, Linux, AWS
- Will work and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an AWS secure GovCloud environment.
- Must be able to streamline tasking in ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira.
- Must have the capability to collaborate with key stakeholders like the Operations Manager/TOPM, technical leads, and environmental engineers to prioritize, track, and complete initiatives.
- Must have the ability to develop metrics and reporting for monthly deliverables as required.
- Must have demonstrated experience streamlining in Agile SAFe methodology and team environments.
- Mus have the ability to Interface with cybersecurity team members on deliverables as required.
- Will need experience working to enhance and document processes and procedures.
- Must have the ability to facilitate and ensure incident management response for service disruptions and degradations within established SLAs.
- Must be cleared at a DoD Public Trust (NACi) or higher.
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Five (5) years of related work experience as a technical leader is required.
- Must have the ability to work and produce results in a fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines and requirements.
- Must have the ability to be available beyond core business hours as required in the event of an outage or degradation.
- Must have excellent communication experience Oral and Written to confer with team members and stakeholders.
- Must have the ability to assist with team requirements gathering and delegate as necessary.
- Must be able to manage key stakeholder relationships and provide the highest quality of customer service.
- Must be IAT II or Security+ and/or equivalent certified
Preferred
- 5+years of AWS SRE experience
- Strong Windows and/or Linux OS acumen
- IAT/IAM III
- AWS certification
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
