The company is building the infrastructure that enables large enterprises to design, deploy, and manage AI agents across complex business workflows—powering customer and employee interactions through voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or market.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage in a role that combines the responsibilities of a technical leader, customer-facing executive, and hands-on engineer.

As Site CTO, you'll own the technical strategy for your region, partnering with enterprise customers while building the local technical organisation from the ground up. You'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, helping shape both customer outcomes and the company's long-term regional strategy.

This is far more than a traditional CTO position—you'll move seamlessly between executive architecture conversations, technical leadership, and writing production code when needed.

What You'll Do

🚀 Lead Enterprise Technical Engagements

• Partner with enterprise customers throughout the sales process.

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, architecture reviews, and integration discussions.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for AI deployments in production environments.

💻 Stay Hands-On

• Build integrations, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.

• Set high engineering standards around scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Support complex customer implementations requiring deep technical expertise.

👥 Build & Lead the Regional Technical Team

• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and solutions organisation.

• Establish best practices across architecture, delivery, and customer success.

• Create the technical foundation for long-term regional growth.

⚙️ Own Customer Delivery

• Lead enterprise implementations from solution design through deployment.

• Ensure AI solutions operate reliably and effectively in production.

• Solve high-impact technical challenges alongside customers and internal teams.

🌍 Shape Regional Strategy

• Bring customer feedback into Product and Engineering roadmaps.

• Adapt solutions to regional market needs.

• Represent the technical organisation across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong Technical Leadership

• 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience.

• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.

• Experience building technical organisations from the ground up.

• Proven ownership of production systems at scale.

✅ Technical Depth + Executive Presence

• Comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and strategy with executive leadership.

• Able to balance hands-on execution with long-term technical vision.

✅ Startup Mindset

• High ownership and bias for action.

• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

• Prior Startup Founder experience is a MUST

✅ AI Experience

• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and modern AI infrastructure.

• Experience delivering AI-powered products into production is highly desirable.

✅ Communication

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Fluent or native in the local market language.

• Confident leading customer meetings, technical workshops, and executive presentations.
