Job Description

Main objectives :

Support the E-commerce Site and Content team in the maintenance,
content creation and optimization of Europcar, Goldcar, InterRent &
Ubeeqo websites and apps
● Participate in testing new features
● Participate in the launch of new responsive websites
● Support the migration of the partnership microsites

Major areas of accountability :

Content & Merchandising:
- Support all merchandising activities from content creation to publishing (global and cross border
campaigns, destination and products-oriented content for corporate and Franchise countries)
- Coordinate and update content
- Create new product pages and coordinate full roll out
- Update training guides with latest material and best practices (internal use)
- Provide training sessions to the new franchisee countries on the digital platform
- Liaise with local site management teams for efficient and effective implementation of actions

Quality & Testing:
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance / testing
- Review and centralize the incidents linked to Ecommerce topics

Digital Projects Support:
- Test new features developed to ensure the quality of developments before they go online.
- Work with the product team to provide professional quality digital platforms to B2C, B2B, B2B2C and Franchisee customers

● Internal: Europcar Countries (corporate and franchisee ), IT, Product, Design, Partnerships Team, E-commerce team, Customer Services, Information Management, Finance / Controlling, Legal.
