Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise day to day operational activities related to ship operation.
2. Ensure compliance with organization procedures and industry regulations to ensure the safe operation of ships.
3. Manage primary communications link with the Ship's Master also manage relation with customers.
4. Monitor the ship movements and cargo transfer operations.
5. Analyze ships operational data to improve efficiency, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Coordinate fuel requirements and scheduling to support vessel operations in accordance with operational plans and client needs.
7. Verify fuel request, receipt, and distribution data, including quantity, quality, and supporting documentation.
8. Coordinate with the bunker team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure bunkering activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with procedures.
9. Record, control, and reconcile fuel usage to prevent discrepancies, losses, or inefficiencies.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fuel consumption, stock levels, and fuel-related activities for management review.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in bunkering operations, fuel handling, or marine operations.
3. Strong knowledge of bunkering procedures, fuel measurement, and quantity control practices.
4. Good understanding of HSE / MK3L policies, ISM Code, and relevant maritime safety regulations.
5. Ability to prepare accurate operational and compliance reports (daily and monthly).
6. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
