Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving customer challenges, and working directly in an industrial environment? We're looking for a Service Technician to support our customers at poultry facilities in and around Gainesville, Georgia.

What You'll Do

• Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment
• Manage onsite product inventory and safely transfer chemical products as needed
• Perform routine testing and monitoring of treatment programs
• Identify issues or opportunities and communicate them to the sales or engineering team
• Provide minor onsite customer support and relay customer concerns to internal teams
• Adjust chemical feed rates to ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain knowledge of spare parts and order replacements when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized equipment area and follow customer housekeeping standards
• Complete and maintain all required safety training for both Solenis and customer sites

What We're Looking For

• Technical experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing operations, or related environments.
• Experience working in food and beverage settings preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites in Gainesville, Georgia and work in an industrial setting.
