What You’ll Do
-
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
-
Work on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, hydronic, combustion, and control-system issues.

Perform preventive maintenance, equipment startups, system testing, and safety inspections.

Clearly explain diagnosed problems and present appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement options.

Obtain customer authorization before beginning work and collect payment when appropriate.

Complete accurate estimates, service notes, equipment records, photos, and follow-up documentation.

Communicate parts, scheduling, and return-trip needs promptly to the office.

Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.

Maintain assigned vehicle inventory, tools, equipment, and materials.

Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, installation, and management teams.

Participate in ongoing technical, safety, sales, and customer service training.
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
-
Experience servicing furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related systems.

Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, airflow, mechanical, combustion, hydronic, and control systems.

Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.

Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Ability to explain technical findings and available solutions clearly to homeowners.
-
Comfortable recommending appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
-
Commitment to safe, dependable, and high-quality workmanship.
-
EPA Universal Certification required.
-
NATE certification or applicable trade credentials preferred.

Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to perform physical work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor conditions.
