HammondCare Waratah is currently looking for a Casual and Permanent Part Time Kitchen Servery person/s to join our team.

HammondCare has a unique model of care which places the residents' needs as our number one priority. As a part of the Support Service’s Team, you will support our model of care by delivering high-quality services at our Waratah Facility working within our cottages, serving meals and cleaning the servery in accordance with the organisational mission and mission in action statement.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Must be available to work across a seven-day roster
• Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative.
• Must have experience hospitality.
• Have an understanding of The vulnerable persons guidelines for food safety or willingness to learn and incorporate these into your everyday work routine.
• Demonstrated understanding of safe manual handling practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be willing to learn required standards in Aged Care for food preparation and safety.
