The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will drive the end-to-end service sales process in close collaboration with Service Sales Managers and Service Managers.
2. You will generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales results within the designated responsible areas.
3. You will focus on installed base penetration, cooperate with the Hitachi Energy FES team to promote the full range of service product portfolios, and expand market business.
4. You will build and maintain long-term stable customer relationships, and provide timely response to customer personalized demands and operational issues.
5. You will support the sales of HV service products, prepare formal quotations and complete bidding documents, track the entire bidding process, and record and analyze bidding results comprehensively.
6. You will utilize the ServIS system to sort out existing installed base information, explore and develop sales opportunities for service products and solutions, and achieve penetration growth of new and existing installed base markets to ensure profitable development of corresponding business units and product groups.
7. You will deeply understand customer demands and industry applicable regulations, demonstrate professional technical knowledge of service products and solutions, promote equipment life cycle management business, collect customer feedback continuously, and ensure full customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
8. You will apply digital tools and data analysis capabilities to support daily customer communication, service implementation and problem resolution.
9. You will complete other sales support and business-related tasks assigned by the team.
10. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
2. More than 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Possess professional and standardized business communication capabilities.
4. Solid professional knowledge in sales, marketing, economics, finance and commercial operation.
5. Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
