The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of service and maintenance. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, quality control, performance improvement, and operational efficiency while maintaining strong operational and financial results. The role also involves managing employee productivity, training staff, and providing ongoing support as needed. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills when dealing with customers, vendors, and other departments within the organization.

Detailed Job Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
• Manage all aspects of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records for each repair performed by the Service Department.
• Provide leadership and support to team members to help achieve company goals.
• Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other internal departments.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Manager role, preferably within an automotive dealership.
• Experience working with multi-brand vehicles and managing teams.
• Experience working with Body Shop Repairers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
