WATER QUALITY PLATFORM  

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Hach-TH Water Quality Platform, a part of the Hach Company, is a leader in manufacturing and distributing analytical instruments and reagents used to test water quality and other liquid solutions. In response to the rapidly expanding reagent in water test business in Thailand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water Quality Thailand Group as a Service Manager.

Role Description

The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the service support organization, ensuring outstanding customer experience, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role drives continuous improvement, optimizes service processes, and develops a high-performing team aligned with the Danaher Business System (DBS) and VES principles.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Service Operations team to meet customer and business objectives.

• Oversee service scheduling, work order management, customer support, and service contract administration.

• Monitor service performance metrics and drive actions to improve productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Partner with Field Service and Supply Chain teams to optimize spare parts inventory and service resource utilization.

• Develop and implement data-driven process improvements and standard work practices.

• Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to support business decisions.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

• Drive DBS/VES initiatives and support organizational change and transformation projects.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Service Operations, Technical Support, Customer Service, Field Service Coordination, or related functions.

• Proven experience leading service scheduling, service coordination, or technical support teams.

• Strong customer focus with a track record of improving service performance and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
