Having an existing NV1 security clearance is required for this role.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality remote and onsite ICT support to a range of clients.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, escalating more complex issues when required.
• Set up user accounts, devices and IT equipment, and support onboarding and offboarding.
• Work across Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Intune and endpoint technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors and clients to deliver a great customer experience.
• Build hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira Service Management and ConnectWise.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in ICT support or service desk, or relevant IT study/training.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Exposure to ITIL and Microsoft technologies is highly regarded.
• A desire to grow your technical career, with development pathways into senior service desk, cloud, systems engineering and technical specialist roles.
• NV1 Security Clearance.
