Support the end-to-end administration of customer cases and work orders by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating follow-up activities, resolving operational exceptions, supporting billing processes, and driving continuous improvements that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your role:

• Coordinating vendor services, preventative maintenance scheduling, parts ordering, purchase requests, and follow-up on quotes, deliveries, and repairs.  Managing service work orders, ensuring required documentation is complete, tracking open activities, and supporting work order closure.

• Supporting inventory and asset management activities, including equipment registrations, database updates, asset additions/deletions, and audit readiness.

• Providing administrative support for reporting, customer requests, vendor coordination, work order follow-up, and operational activities supporting the site lead and area service manager. Supporting billing and financial activities, including invoice verification, purchase order tracking, billable event documentation, reconciliation support, and follow-up with internal finance teams.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in customer service and order processing.

• Your skills include data entry, documentation and reporting, administrative support, service operations, regulatory compliance, financial acumen, billing processes, and accounting.

• You have at least a high school diploma.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

• Must be able to adhere to onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in New York is $20.00 to $31.00 per hour plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bronx, NY.
