Service Delivery Coordinator works with customers, field operations, engineering teams, and the Baker Hughes Job Center to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of services while meeting contractual and operational requirements within the Completions & Wellbore product line.. The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of Wellbore Interventions projects through effective planning, coordination, technical support, resource management, and customer engagement.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
 

• Managing all planned and unplanned operational activities related to Wellbore Interventions (Conventional Fishing &  WBCO) Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion
• Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
• Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage
• Ensure Service Delivery Perfect Execution (SDPE) throughout the project lifecycle

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a High School Diploma with relevant experience in a similar role
• Have 10 years experience in Wellbore Interventions
• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
• Have good team working and communication skills
• Must demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Fishing Operations and WBCO operations
• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
