We're looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our group reporting team. Reporting to the Director of Group Tax Reporting, you'll play a key role in managing key aspects of tax provisioning and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

What will you contribute?

• Help prepare group and stat tax provisioning for financial statement audits, including supporting the overall consolidation process.
• Act as primary point of contact for direct tax across assigned jurisdictions
• Collaborate with other tax and finance team members as well as outsourced service providers to mitigate risks, manage tax audits, and optimize tax positions
• High level of cross-functional (Finance, Legal, Ops, IT) and external (advisors, authorities) interaction
• Ability to operate independently with significant accountability

Experience and capabilities

• CPA/chartered accountant or chartered tax advisor.
• 3+ years of experience in consolidated tax reporting and compliance for a global multi-national organization with a history of M&A.
• Exceptional ASC 740 or IAS 12 technical tax accounting expertise, including purchase accounting.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and ability to apply in business context
• Experience managing regulatory changes
• Knowledge of tax processes, controls, and accounting impacts
• Experience in multinational and cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

• Advanced Excel skills and an understanding of end-to-end tax processes and systems
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex transformations involving cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral presentation skills, including creativity in presentation materials.
• Ability to develop and drive process improvements across global taxes, including developing a global tax controls framework and monitoring metrics.
• Leads by example, striving to innovate, introducing best practices, and championing control standards.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and independent decision-making
• Ability to manage complexity, multiple jurisdictions, and competing priorities
• Proactive mindset with focus on planning and regulatory readiness
