How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Use market intelligence data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Extensive experience in sourcing for Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
