The Studio team is currently looking for an experienced and creative Senior Stylist to join the team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the world’s leading luxury fashion platforms, working in a fast-paced studio environment and helping shape NET-A-PORTER’s distinctive visual identity through elevated e-commerce styling. Location: Our Office in Milan

Contract: 1 year fixed term contract

Department: Studio

Reporting into: Head of Styling

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40hrs per week, On-site)

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

• Style and shoot e-commerce model imagery that reflects NET-A-PORTER’s high-quality standards.
• Follow in-house styling guidelines and maintain a strong knowledge of brand-specific requirements and exceptions.
• Deliver against daily and weekly deadlines to ensure timely product upload.
• Take ownership of reshoots and coordinate requirements with the wider studio team.
• Demonstrate a strong balance between efficiency, commercial awareness and creative flair.
• Collaborate effectively with models and on-set teams to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional output.
• Bring an expert understanding of runway trends and luxury fashion to every shoot.

The type of person we are looking for:

• Graduate degree in Fashion, Styling or equivalent relevant education is an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ experience in styling within the luxury fashion or e-commerce sector.
• Proven experience working with models and coordinating teams on set.
• A strong understanding of runway trends and contemporary fashion.
• Excellent time management, organisational skills and work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.

1.Starting annual gross base salary: 31,500.00€. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process
