Purpose 

The purpose of the student position is to assist the team with call & ticket monitoring, compiling, and analyzing business process data required for successful operations and improvements at the UT Support Center, In Person services, ET service owners and campus partners. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist with call and ticket monitoring through timely review of recorded phone calls and tickets.
• Assist team with weekly, monthly and end of fiscal year KPIs, reports and metrics.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications 

• High School graduate
• Enrolled, or enrolled in the last consecutive semester in 6 or more credit hours
• Ability to work as part of a team and take the initiative to work independently to complete tasks.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Service Desk, call center and customer service business processes.   
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Accuracy and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Undergraduate students: Freshman - Sophomore preferred. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion.
• Ability to analyze data and provide feedback for process improvement. 

Salary Range: 

$15/hour 

Working Conditions: 

• Remote, Austin Texas
• Working 19 hours a week
• Work Schedule:   Monday – Friday; Flexible between 7 am and 6 pm
