About the Role:

As part of Ryt Bank’s Regulatory Reporting team, this role is responsible for 
ensuring the accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to Bank 
Negara Malaysia (BNM), PIDM, and other regulatory bodies. The role partners 
closely with Finance, Data, and Business teams to maintain compliance with 
regulatory requirements, support reporting system enhancements, and drive 
continuous improvements in reporting processes and controls to support the
Bank’s growth and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit regulatory returns (STATsmart, PIDM, ESS DSS reporting) 
accurately and on time in accordance with regulatory deadlines and requirements

· Manage and support the regulatory reporting systems and processes covering 
the Bank’s banking business.

· Collaborate with Data and Business teams to communicate regulatory reporting requirements, and to review, map and test the end to end for new and existing 
products.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls, implement changes 
that enhance operational efficiency and quality of reported financials

· Support the team in testing activities and providing constructive feedback on 
any regulatory reporting projects/surveys (i.e. from BNM and PIDM).

· Knowledge of Basel and Liquidity reporting is advantageous

Requirements

· 5 -10 years of relevant banking experience and/or in Big 4 external audit of 
banking are desired

· Degree in Accountancy or recognized accounting qualification (MICPA, ACCA, 
CPA etc.)

· Strong hands-on experience in regulatory reporting to Bank Negara Malaysia

· Able to adapt, work in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate results
