Your Role at Baxter
This position is the point of contact for assigned Acute and/or Extended Care sales team to sales operations.  Ensures a positive customer experience by facilitating and managing the entire evaluation to order process.  Including; product evaluations, sales opportunities, contract review, efficient order entry, customer follow- up on product selection, facilitating manufacturing lead times, distribution schedules and customer requested ship dates, trade-in and product returns, and collection of payment information.  Work closely with project management on items and timing.

This is a hybrid role based in our Batesville, IN office.

What you'll be doing:

• Evaluation Coordinator; Responsible for the accurate and timely coordination with Hill-Rom distribution or a third party carrier on all evaluation equipment transfers, the costs associated with those transfers and the serviceability required meeting the demands as requested by the field sales group.
• Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage for Care Communications order management responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer orders and related activities.
• Maintain the Install Base to show exact location of all evaluation units and sale of evaluation units for the tracking and reporting of the evaluation inventory.  This information is required to ensure tracking and usage is recorded and monitored to be in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Foster and promote account relationships through professional and courteous communication.
• Work closely with project management team on order placement and timing of delivery.
• Review all contracts and purchase orders as specified in Contract Review QS05468 guidelines and standards for Revenue Recognition and Sarbanes Oxley standards.
• Ensure timely placement of orders, manage order thru order entry to any post-delivery activities.
• Responsible for auditing all orders totaling over $100,000.00 for assigned CRS Buddy to ensure order accuracy and alleviate costly product returns.
• Identify process improvements where possible.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate degree acceptable or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Proven Customer Service and Sales skills 

• Ability to multi-task  

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $56,000 -$77,000. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive.
