Job Description – Software Test Engineer (4–6 Years)
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test automation for desktop applications using the .NET framework and be passionate about delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for desktop applications using .NET.
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects to closure.
Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Hands-on experience in test automation using .NET for desktop applications.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end software testing lifecycle.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Good to Have
Experience in image processing applications or image analysis domain.
Exposure to performance or non-functional testing.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
ISTQB certification is an added advantage
