The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
The Common Infrastructure team builds the platforms and infrastructure that form the foundation of Moloco Ads. We build developer experience, cloud infrastructure and shared platforms to enable other engineers to deliver software efficiently.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work on foundational problems that affect many teams across the company. You'll design and build reliable, scalable, secure, and easy-to-use systems, turning common infrastructure needs into reusable platforms, tooling, and automation. Your work will improve engineering velocity and help teams build and deploy services (and increasingly AI workloads) without each team having to solve the same infrastructure problems independently.
The Opportunity:
You'll work across platform engineering, developer experience, cloud and AI infrastructure, and security and compliance. You’ll own complex infrastructure problems end to end: from understanding what engineering teams need, to designing and building robust systems, to helping teams adopt and use them effectively.
You’ll have opportunities to:
- Build and extend platforms and developer tooling that provide common capabilities for service development and deployment.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of our infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure projects and collaborate with engineers across Moloco to deliver durable solutions.
- Help shape our approach to AI infrastructure, including enabling teams to build, deploy, and host AI workloads in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner.
- Establish safe defaults, guardrails, and best practices across the company so teams can move quickly without taking on unnecessary risk.
- Mentor other engineers and raise the quality of software design and implementation across the team.
