WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are looking for software engineers with the following qualities:

•             Solid foundation in computer science and/or software engineering;

•             Deep understanding of object-oriented design and programming;

•            Experienced utilizing AI as a tool for development creating MCP – AI engineering;

•             Exceptional knowledge of C#, NET Framework and debugging;

•             Fluent in Secure Coding Skills;

•             Excellent programming skills: following clean, self-documenting code approaches, thorough understanding of basic programming principles like OOP, SOLID;

•             Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect (and Kerberos);

•             Interest in software architecture and refactoring, as well as topics such as concurrency, security, and performance optimization, user interface and user experience;

•             Strong English (both oral and written);

•             Being a team player, whose priority is to deliver the team’s commitments;

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

•             Delivering high-quality, understandable, and maintainable code

•             Participation in Server tier development delivering new frameworks and components as foundation for SimCorp Dimension in the Cloud architecture;

•             Implementation of 3-Tier architecture - refactoring and adapting existing UI frameworks and controls code;

•             Implementation of support tools for onboarding the rest of the development organization onto our new platform;

•             Participating in code reviews, backlog refinement and other development processes and ceremonies as used in an Agile process;

•             Proactively collaborating with teammates across your department in Kyiv, Copenhagen, Manila, Noida, Warsaw and Bad Homburg locations.
