At Coforge, we are hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation, monitoring production environments and responding to incidents.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues.

• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve internal tooling.

• Reduce technical debt through engineering improvements.

• Improve deployment automation and operational workflows.

• Build and maintain monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and observability using Datadog.

• Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve operational readiness before production releases.

• Participate in production deployments and change management activities.

• Identify and remediate infrastructure-related vulnerabilities.

• Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, scalability, security, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering.

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications in production environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS, and S3.

• Experience managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.

• Strong experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.

• Experience participating in production on-call rotations.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

• Experience implementing SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.

• Experience building automation and internal tooling to eliminate operational toil.

• Experience driving operational excellence initiatives.

• Experience supporting multi-region AWS environments.

• AWS cost optimization (FinOps) experience.
