Due to the continued growth of our SAP Team and consistently high demand for business transformation and application-related consulting services, we are looking for a Senior SAP Analytics Consultant to join our firm.

• Advise clients on the functional and technical design and implementation of SAP data, analytics and planning solutions, with a primary focus on SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, data models, reporting applications and enterprise planning processes

• Design and implement SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere solutions, including SAP-managed and custom data products, intelligent content, data integration, semantic modeling, analytical models, spaces, security, governed data sharing and consumption

• Build SAC business intelligence and reporting solutions using stories, the Optimized Story Experience, dashboards, analytical applications and Data Analyzer, with a strong focus on usability, performance and trusted KPIs

• Design and implement SAC Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting and business planning, including planning models, versions, data actions, multi actions, allocations, advanced formulas, calendars, workflows and data locking

• Enable integrated actual-to-plan reporting and planning scenarios across SAC, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Databricks and other SAP or non-SAP data sources

• Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, prototypes, testing, deployment, user enablement and post-go-live support

• Drive data quality, authorization design, performance optimization, transport governance and lifecycle management across the analytics landscape

• Contribute actively to business development activities, solution demonstrations and the RFP process, preparing high-quality proposals and supporting documentation

What you bring matters   

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance or another relevant field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP data, analytics, reporting or planning projects, including end-to-end implementation and support responsibilities
• Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud across both business intelligence and reporting and enterprise planning scenarios
• Strong hands-on experience in SAC data modeling, stories, calculations, input controls, restricted measures, hierarchies, security, performance tuning and content transport
• Practical experience in SAC Planning capabilities such as planning models, public and private versions, data actions, advanced formulas, allocations, multi actions, value driver trees, predictive planning, calendars, workflows and data locking
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud and/or strong SAP Datasphere experience, combined with a good understanding of SAP BDC architecture and capabilities, including SAP-managed and custom data products, intelligent content, data integration, remote tables, replication and transformation flows, business entities, analytical models, semantic modeling, space management and governed data sharing
• Good understanding of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP HANA or SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, and how these platforms integrate with SAC and SAP BDC
• Ability to design end-to-end reporting and planning architectures, balancing business requirements, data governance, security, maintainability and performance
• Experience with live and acquired data scenarios, connection architecture and configuration, role-based authorization design, data access controls and troubleshooting across the analytics stack
• Ability to conduct business needs analysis, challenge requirements constructively and identify the key decisions, KPIs, planning drivers and process improvements required by stakeholders
• Experience owning solution design, leading workstreams, estimating and planning deliverables, mentoring junior colleagues and communicating effectively with business users, architects, developers and senior stakeholders
• Relevant SAP certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere or SAP Business Data Cloud will be considered an asset
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
