Senior Sales Trainer - APAC

Tax & Accounting Division (TAA)

Position Summary

The Sr. Sales Trainer - APAC partners with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to support the development of sales professionals across the Asia-Pacific region.  This role is responsible for onboarding new sales hires, delivering sales training programs, identifying development opportunities, and supporting the adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices. Working closely with regional stakeholders and the global Sales Training team, this individual helps build the knowledge and skills needed to improve sales performance.  The ideal candidate combines Sales process & methodology knowledge with strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Training & Enablement

• Deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sales training programs.
• Develop and maintain learning content and training materials.
• Support the adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Reinforce value-based and consultative selling approaches.

Performance Development

• Review sales performance data and identify development opportunities.
• Partner with sales leaders to support coaching and skill development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Help implement learning solutions that support business goals.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to understand training needs.
• Support regional learning initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with global Sales Training colleagues to share resources and best practices.

Project Management

• Manage multiple training projects and priorities.
• Coordinate regional learning initiatives from planning through execution.
• Support communication, scheduling, and program tracking activities.

Qualifications

Required

• Direct Selling, Sales Leadership or Sales Training Background.
• Experience delivering training, facilitating learning programs, or supporting sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience working for a Tax & Accounting software company, accounting firm, or professional services organization.
• Understanding of accounting firm workflows, tax processes, and customer challenges.
• Background in learning and development, sales enablement, or onboarding.
• Experience supporting sales organizations.
• Experience working in a global organization.
