About your role
We're looking for a builder, someone who's excited to shape how our go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and get better at their jobs. Someone who understands sellers and what they need in enablement.
This role sits inside Revenue Operations and owns GTM Enablement. You'll be the connective tissue between everything changing across the company (new product capabilities, pricing and packaging updates, fresh sales motions, market shifts) and the programs that help sellers, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams work effectively with prospects and clients. Onboarding, ramp, training, content, and continuous learning are yours to define and run.
What you'll do
Own GTM enablement (the core of the role)
Drive the enablement framework as AI-native (AI-based pitch review with certification, etc)
Own and lead our GTM Enablement function, setting and actioning a vision for onboarding, training, and continuous learning.
Own the training and certification program for GTM teams: Audit rep readiness against role and level requirements, and drive completion in partnership with GTM and RevOps leadership.
Design onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers that target the same time-to-productivity benchmarks tenured reps hit, working alongside the Customer Education team on content production and enforcement.
Partner with Product Marketing and Product on new launches and campaigns, translating positioning, pricing, and feature updates into training, certification, and content.
Collaborate with managers and subject-matter experts to curate and refine training content, turning complex inputs into clear and engaging learning experiences.
Identify and close knowledge gaps by monitoring GTM performance, gathering feedback, and launching targeted learning programs.
Support frontline coaching by surfacing insights from call libraries and equipping managers to drive rep development.
Manage and maintain our learning systems, including the GTM content hub and LMS, keeping resources organized, current, and accessible.
Report enablement impact to GTM and RevOps leadership in outcome terms: ramp time, certification completion, content adoption, and the performance measures that show the work is landing.
Flex into revenue operations
Own the seam between process and adoption: RevOps builds the process and you translate it into role-based training and enablement so GTM teams actually use it.
Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that connect enablement activity to GTM performance, and contribute to broader RevOps reporting as needed.
Help design, document, and improve revenue processes, including opportunity management, handoffs between teams, and the playbooks that sit on top of them.
Take on discrete RevOps projects where the team needs capacity, scoped with your manager so enablement stays the priority.
Use AI as a force multiplier
Use AI tools to synthesize source material such as recordings, transcripts, and slides, accelerate content creation, extract insights, and personalize learning.
Orchestrate multi-step workflows across tools to reduce manual work on recurring tasks.
Own and further define Sales Enablement Harness and associated substrates
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion
Exceptional ability to translate large volumes of complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable content
Experience designing and running enablement, onboarding, or certification programs for a GTM team.
Proven project management and organizational skills; comfortable balancing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clarity and concision.
Proficiency in Salesforce: you can build reports and dashboards, pull and interpret data, and understand how CRM structure shapes reporting.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Looker, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel).
Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
A learning-oriented mindset; you're curious, proactive, and eager to understand new subjects and processes deeply.
Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude) to orchestrate multi-step workflows across two or more tools without writing code, producing reusable, structured outputs.
Preferred: Experience with GTM tooling such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, or an LMS platform.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field.
At Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company. If you think this job sounds like a fit, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the qualifications.
