Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $70,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Track record of achieving personal or team goals
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
