Join Australia's most respected property market intelligence research team to help drive our ambition to further strengthen our competitive edge in commercial real estate research. The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, data-driven market intelligence, analysis, and insights for the Western Australian and South Australian commercial real estate markets. Be part of a national team of like-minded researchers who embrace technology, along with a real intrigue to explore real estate sectors in a highly dynamic market.
What this job involves:
Data Analytics: Responsibility for collating and analysing commercial property market data across designated property markets (Perth and Adelaide).
Tech and AI Integration: Further develop proprietary datasets and leverage data and AI to deliver unique, forward-looking insights to clients.
Ahead of the Pulse: Identifying investment themes and trends that shape the future of real estate.
Client Engagement: Present market intelligence to broad-ranging stakeholders, ranging from major REIT clients to private investors and syndicates.
Market Reporting and Thought Leadership: Writing subscription-based market reports and authoring public-facing thought leadership whitepapers.
Be Future Ready: Contribute to JLL Research's AI and technology platform build.
Sound like you? To apply you need:
Relevant corporate experience with demonstrated analytical capability
Education: Undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, or a highly analytical discipline.
Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex market data into compelling, clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Analytical Rigor: Advanced data analysis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in collating and interpreting property market information.
Operational Excellence: Proven ability to self-manage multiple priorities, project timelines, and deliver quality research under tight deadlines.
Client-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients while continuously seeking ways to enhance our research offering.
