Job Summary:

Aetos is seeking an experienced Army GFEBS / Public Works Analyst to support installation business operations at Fort Benning. The role will support GFEBS work management, Annual Work Planning, sustainment funding analysis, project/work-order management, financial reconciliation, and recurring reporting. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary responsibilities and duties include the following:

• Review and reconcile GFEBS work-order, project, and financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure.
• Support development and execution tracking of the Annual Work Plan (AWP) through analysis of workload, funding, and historical data.
• Create, maintain, update, and close projects in GFEBS/Project Systems in accordance with approved requirements.
• Analyze sustainment funding and SAG 132 data to identify trends, variances, and impacts to installation requirements.
• Identify, research, and correct data discrepancies affecting work management, project, and financial information.
• Prepare recurring operational, financial, and management reports to support DPW leadership decision-making.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of GFEBS, Army DPW, Public Works, facilities management, or related DoD experience.

Required Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.:

• Hands-on Army GFEBS experience
• Army public works, installation operations, facilities, or related business operations experience
• Experience reviewing and reconciling work orders, financial data, or project data
• Strong Excel, reporting, analytical skills
• Ability to work primarily on-site at Fort Benning
• Ability to obtain a DoD CAC and required system access
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to meet background investigation requirements relevant to the position, consistent with applicable laws.
• Must be willing to comply with pre-employment and random drug testing, in accordance with company policy.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.:

• Previous experience supporting an Army installation Directorate of Public Works.
• Experience with Annual Work Plan development and execution.
• Experience performing financial reconciliation or sustainment-funding analysis.
• Experience with GFEBS Project Systems and project closeout.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Army Installation Management Command financial and public works processes.
