Job Summary:
As the Web Operations, Localisation & Enterprise Programme Specialist, you will serve as the critical bridge between project management and hands-on CMS execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that the client’s enterprise devices web presence across the APAC region is technically functional, culturally localised, and aligned with global brand standards. You will navigate the complexities of the Singapore and Indian (en-IN) markets, ensuring a seamless user experience from the homepage to checkout. You will also maintain the client’s enterprise platform, manage the programme within approved budgets, and run day-to-day operations for India and Singapore alongside internal partnership teams and external distributors and partners.
Role:
- Own and maintain the APAC project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Project Lead, Product Marketing Managers, and technical engineering teams to unblock localisation hurdles.
- Consolidate feedback from regional country leads and translate requirements into actionable technical tickets.
- Directly manage the APAC pages in the CMS, overseeing the staging and production environments.
- Implement regional updates and ensure all digital assets (imagery, copy, and specs) meet the client’s global brand guidelines.
- Monitor site health and rendering, with a focus on locale-specific UI issues
- Oversee the end-to-end localisation workflow for the India and Singapore locales.
- Manage the transition from AI-driven initial translations to manual linguistic refinements, ensuring tone, formality, and B2B terminology are accurate.
- Lead the implementation of regional modules, including the India "Where to Buy" grid and localised device imagery for the Singapore and India market.
- Support the phased rollout of transactional checkout features scheduled for Q2/Q3.
- Manage the APAC bug-tracking queue, ensuring all launch-blocking issues are documented with descriptions and screenshots for the engineering teams.
- Maintain the client’s enterprise devices platform, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep it accurate and up to date.
- Operate within the approved budgets for the enterprise programme, track spend, and flag risks early.
- Run day-to-day operations for the enterprise business in India and Singapore, working with the internal partnership team and external distributors and partners on enterprise deals.
You:
- 8+ years of experience in Web Operations, Digital Project Management, or Localisation.
- Proven expertise with CMS platforms, bug-tracking software (e.g. Jira), and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana).
- Deep familiarity with the online buyer journey in the India and Singapore markets.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners or enterprise (B2B) partners, and managing programme budgets is a strong advantage
- A detail-oriented mindset with a track record of managing high-volume asset libraries and cross-functional feedback loops.
- Ability to operate within an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) framework, prioritising launch-blocking tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
