The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about educational and workforce opportunity. They excel at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, thrive in dynamic environments, and are excited by the opportunity to help build innovative pathways that connect young people to meaningful careers in healthcare.

**This role will be hybrid with on-site presence at EMK and/or MGB sites 2-4 days a week depending on programming for the week. **

• Partner with EMK staff to align programming with Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum, student learning objectives, and long-term partnership goals.
• Coordinate financial and administrative logistics for partnership programming, including ordering supplies, arranging catering and other program-related purchases, tracking expenditures, and working with MGB Finance to secure required approvals and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical leaders and staff across MGB to support career exploration, work-based learning, and workforce pipeline initiatives.
• Partner with MGB Youth Programs to expand internship access, support student success, and strengthen pathways from internships to employment.

• Develop public-facing communications that promote partnership impact, healthcare career pathways, and volunteer engagement opportunities.
• Partner with MGB Communications, Community Health, and EMK leadership to create social media content, newsletter articles, intranet stories, presentations, and other partnership materials.

• Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, youth development strategies, and career-connected learning models to strengthen and expand partnership programming.

Note: This is a grant-funded role with funding committed through June 2029. MGB’s intent is to turn this into a permanent role once return on investment is realized from hiring EMK graduates and/or additional philanthropic funding is raised.
