What success looks like in this role:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects aligned to business objectives.
- Managing project budgets, resources, financial performance, and profitability.
- Acting as a product and domain expert, helping define client requirements and providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Managing change impacts across timelines, cost, resources, and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure client needs are understood and successfully delivered.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand services.
- Managing third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 6-8 years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagement experience.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, risk, change, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
