Senior Project Manager

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the technology and entertainment industry.

We are looking for an APAC Operations & GTM Producer who turns decisions into shipped work. You are the operational engine behind multi-market product and subscription campaign launches across APAC running launch operations, creative and clearance pipelines, vendor logistics, and executive deck production so that the strategy lead can focus on partners, decisions, and senior stakeholder management.

Role:

• Own the full path from approved brief to live asset managing asset trackers, agency workbacks, and launch-day checklists for partner launches including end cards, claim cards, social cutdowns, and partner-app assets.
• Brief agencies and manage production schedules for creative adaptations, cutdowns, end-card swaps, Shorts and app-install verticals, and store assets. Localise as needed across priority markets and languages.
• Maintain the social publishing plan across creator, brand, and partner channels, coordinating paid-boost requests with the social team and ensuring all content goes live on schedule.
• Track artist deliverables, UI screenshots, and store-listing assets for app install campaigns across Apple Search Ads, App Campaigns, and in-app placements against strict launch dates.

• Submit every asset on time through Brand Standards, Legal claims review, and the global content clearance process tracking status and flagging creator third-party, paid-usage, and artist image-rights windows early.
• Prepare external-ready briefs, deliverables lists, and timelines for music partnership teams to coordinate with labels and artists.
• Manage vendor and finance operations  preparing SOWs, PO requests, and invoice tracking for agencies and production vendors. Track testing budgets and approvals through to closure.
• Act as the single source of truth for programme status across country, global, and creative teams  running testing calendars, decision logs, and supporting agency pitch logistics.

• Turn outlines, notes, and data into polished, on-brand presentation decks for monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and GTM forum pre-reads  delivered on deadline without exception.
• Maintain the weekly status report, RAID and decision log, meeting notes, action items, and the full programme drive library.
• Package learnings and assets into short, reusable handoff kits and playbooks for the next owner  ensuring knowledge is never lost between phases or team transitions.
• Keep all workstreams running independently during planned absences with named backups for decisions and escalations in place and documented.

You:

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing production, agency programme management, or marketing operations  ideally within consumer subscriptions, streaming, or music in APAC.
• Proven track record in clearance and rights management  brand review, legal claims, talent and music licensing, and creator usage rights. You know how to flag issues early and keep launches on track.
• Executive presentation craft  you can take a one-page outline and turn it into a clean, polished deck within 48 hours without needing a designer.
• A calm, precise operator across time zones you write crisp weekly status updates, escalate early, and keep tight workbacks without being chased.
• Strong stakeholder management skills  able to coordinate across country, global, creative, legal, and finance teams simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills  you write clearly, concisely, and professionally across all formats.
